Walter Beck founds the company
1960
Beck develops into a leading global manufacturer of pressure switches for household appliances
1970
The customer base grows. Products from Beck are now used in numerous industries.
1985
Beck introduces a differential pressure switch for fan monitoring in gas heaters.
1987
Rainer Beck, the companies founder’s son joins the organisation and takes over the role as Managing Director
1988
The company moves into the sector of ventilation and air conditioning with an adjustable differential pressure switch for monitoring air filters and fans.
2000
Beck develops a differential pressure transducer for the HVAC market, which is now the most important sales market for the company, further expanding its strong market position
